Women's Sailing Program 2010
All Thursdays: Meet at the clubhouse at 12 noon with your own lunch, ready to leave the dock at 12.30 pm. As always, check the Long Island Sound Buoy and Intellicast weather before you come or on the clubhouse computer.
The Women's Sailing Program is a dynamic part of OGYC, bringing in new members to the Club for the last two years. This year we have met every Thursday since the boats have been in the water (and sailed most weeks except for when winds were gusting to over 15 knots!)

Every Thursday except
when an evening sail is scheduled, we meet at the clubhouse at noon with our
own lunch, and will have a directed discussion on various aspects of sailing followed
by a sail at 12.30 pm. There will be at least one mentoring boat for newer sailors.
June 24: Ideal Evening 6 pm at dock, sail
followed by dinner
July and August: Every Thursday except when an evening sail is scheduled, meet at

Every Tuesday Indian
Harbor Yacht Club host informal women’s racing; meet at IHYC at 6 pm, races
starts 6.45 pm followed by drinks and chat with racing director and dinner.
